management consultancy specialized in personnel diagnostics, personnel development as well as organizational development. Our headquarters are locatedin Bonn and a second office located
in Berlin’s downtown district was established in 2007. Our key topics are management diagnostics and development as well as the conceptual design of change processes for individuals,
teams and organizations. Our core competence is the integration of personnel diagnostics, personnel resource development and organizational development. Together with our

, we offer our customers' integral consultancy. The personal-point GmbH is a member of the Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater BDU e.V.
and the Deutschen Gesellschaft für Personalführung e.V.(DGFP).
Our Clients: In recent years, most of personal-point's projects have been carried out within the industries of IT/Telecommunications/Media, Insurance/Finance, Trading Markets and Healthcare.
Our team is comprised of salaried employees as well as freelancers. In addition, we collaborate with a large international network that includes trainers and consultants who work with us on certain projects in the fields they are specialized in.
