Nothing is as constant as change - even for us

In the 6 years since its foundation, personal-point has been able to successfully establish itself as a consulting company for organisational development, human diagnostics and human resource development.

An overview of our main client projects and personnel changes in the last two years will provide the interested reader with a quick overview of our performance and client spectrums.

 

Clients & Projects

Most of personal-point's projects in recent years have been carried out in the Insurance/Finance, IT/Telecommunications/Media and Healthcare industries

Bearing in mind our strong regional connection with the Rhineland, we are particularly pleased that more and more medium and large-sized companies from the region have been convinced by the quality of our services

The medium-sized companies referred to are well known in their industry as quality or innovation leaders: NEXT ID GmbH (management training and coaching), the Barmherzigen Brüder Trier Association (leadership feedback and rating sheet, team workshop), Knauber GmbH in Bonn (leadership training, human resource development design, appraisal system) and AuthentiDate AG in Dusseldorf (team workshops, management training), to name just a few.

New major clients from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia are the Zurich Group (potential evaluations, tests), Metro AG (coaching, training), Deutsche Bank Direct (tests) and AOK Systems (mission process, leadership training).

Worthy of particular m ention is our working partnership of more than five years' standing with DETECON International GmbH in Bonn. As one of the world's leading technology and telecommunication consulting companies, DETECON International has asserted itself in the consulting market and is enjoying continuous growth. Through the qualification of business analysts and consultants, various coachings and team development processes, we have been able to support these changes.

Our shared office facilities with the f x - Institute for Sustainable Economies Association ( f x - Institut für zukunftsfähiges Wirtschaften e.V. ) i n the centre of Berlin (Marienstr. 19/20, 10117 Berlin) also demonstrates our initial success in establishing a regional connection with Berlin-Brandenburg. Coaching and training rooms and even a conference room are available for use.

For one and a half years we have supported the Johanniter Unfallhilfe e.V. (first-aid organisation) in the development of a nationwide strategy and strategy process, which involves as many of the association's organs as possible in the shaping of a common future.

In connection with our projects at the Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin (university clinic), we have been asked among others by the Personnel Committee of the VUD (Association of University Hospitals in Germany) and the GQMG (Society for Quality Management in Health Economics) to present these projects as innovative and sustainable organisation / human resource development concepts for the health sector. Since the beginning of 2008, we have been involved in a project-orientated qualification process for junior managers with the AOK Berlin. With the help of the leading players in the healthcare market, personal-point is able to provide a network of knowledge and perspectives for its clients.

From a nationwide viewpoint, Bertelsmann Arvato Services (tests and selection procedures), Premiere AG (tests, potential evaluations, and based on these results, leadership training) and the European Central Bank (coaching, team development) are to be named in particular.

Due to limited space we are not able to list all our new clients here. We are, however, particularly proud of the fact that in addition to winning over 20 new clients we have retained our longtime, loyal clients such as AOK Thuringia - now AOK PLUS - (mission process, strategy process, leadership training, coaching), various other state AOKs (potential analysis, leadership training, consultant qualification), Dillinger Hütte AG (leadership training) and Distributa GmbH – now Globus - (leadership training).

 

Products

In terms of innovative product development, the online management tests, management feedback and the 360-degree feedback are all worthy of specific mention. Resulting from cooperation with our scientific advisor Prof. Dr. Walter Hussy from the University of Cologne and our online partner t-droste, we have been able to launch industry-specific tests online and to convert the leadership feedback form (validated by two theses) to a 360-degree feedback that is also accessible online. All instruments are available online in German and English.

 

Team

In March 2008 we were able to win Dr. Michael Touet as a partner for personal-point. He has had years of experience working as a consultant for a wide variety of firms. We welcome the addition to our company of his competent support and are looking forward to a mutually successful cooperation.
