Our services

We support you in the entire management process of your project “Employee Survey” – from the planning of the project, through to the creation of a questionnaire, right up to the preparation of data and presentation of your results.

  • Creation of the Questionnaire: You can use our proven, scientifically-validated questionnaires, adapt them individually to your use, or use your own questionnaire, which quality we assure
  • Data Acquisition (project experience with up to 9000 sheets)
  • Statistical Analyses: Individual quantitative and qualitative data analysis on the basis of dimensions and individual requests
  • Preparation of Results
  • Analysis “Mirror”: Expert feedback, recommendations for further action
  • Presentation and Visualisation of Results
  • Optional: Support for the subsequent implementation of optimisation measures in the recommended action areas, and as the case may be, integration into a “balanced score card”


Results

You will receive two reports:

  • Complete Report
    This report contains all detailed data (statistical analysis) in accordance with your desired level of depth and content, presented partly in graphical and partly in tabular-form.

  • Management Report
    This report serves as a presentation document and contains not only a visual processing of the main findings of your employee survey, but also an “analysis mirror” with expert feedback and recommendations for further action.
