Assessments on the Job: MAIT (sample of work from day-to-day business management)
MAIT serves management skill appraisal through real, project-like work assignments that are completed by employees within a timeframe of 4-6 weeks. Due to a systematic and standardized evaluation process, management potential is able to be measured after several meetings.

We bolster the skills of your moderators and observers in accordance with quality standard DIN 33430 in order to develop or optimise your Assessment Centre (AC). We also assist you as “silent observers”, by accompanying your procedures and making proposals for optimisation.
