360° and Leadership Feedback
Our leadership feedback tool (Leadership Feedback Sheet - “LFS”) captures leadership behaviour and serves as an instrument for performance-positioning for managers. I t also allows benchmarking with other organisations.
The LFS was developed in cooperation with the Institute of Psychology, University of Cologne. Its dimensions and question allocation as well as its practicability were verified by two theses. The validity of the document has been confirmed in numerous coachings and team workshops.
Through the addition of further perspectives (for example of clients, colleagues, supervisors) and dimensions, the Leadership Feedback Sheet can be gradually expanded to a 360-degree form of feedback. The Leadership Feedback Sheet can be used in hard copy format or as an online version.
