PROFI - Test Procedures for the Ascertainment of Problem-Solving Competence
In addition to technical and social skills, problem-solving competence is an essential requirement for successful management action. It is precisely the measurement of this problem-solving competence that represents a challenge for personnel decisions. An alternative to standard intelligence tests or thinking and planning tasks like “in-tray ” exercises are our case study oriented test series, PROFI. With their help the problem-solving competence can be measured.
